    Perpetual Pressure offers professional pressure washing services, including but not limited to residential and commercial exterior cleaning, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, and soft washing services. All services provided will be as described in our service offerings on our website or through direct communication.

  1. Booking and Scheduling 

    To book our services, you can fill out the online form or contact us directly via phone or email. Upon booking, we will confirm the service schedule based on availability. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling and confirm that you will be available for the scheduled service. If a scheduled appointment needs to be changed or canceled, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  1. Pricing and Payment
    a. Pricing
    We offer custom pricing based on a personalized quote tailored to your specific needs. Whether you’re looking to pressure wash your home, business, roof, driveway, or any other surface, we’ll assess your property’s size, condition, and specific requirements to provide you with an accurate and fair price.
    b.Payment
    Payment for services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, check, cash, Zelle or Venmo. Invoices and receipts will be provided for all services rendered.
  2. Service Performance and Guarantees
    While we strive to provide high-quality pressure washing services, results may vary depending on various factors, including the condition of the surfaces, the amount of dirt or debris, and environmental factors. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, but we will make every effort to achieve the best possible results.In cases where services are unsatisfactory, please contact us within 30 days, and we will attempt to resolve the issue at no additional cost, provided the problem is within our control.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
    To ensure the safety and efficiency of our services, we ask that you:
  • Ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and free of obstacles.
  • Remove any delicate items, furniture, or valuables from the work area prior to our arrival.
  • Notify us of any special instructions or areas of concern, such as fragile surfaces or specific preferences for cleaning.Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    Perpetual Pressure will perform services using professional equipment and skilled technicians. However, we are not liable for any damage to surfaces or property that is outside our control or due to pre-existing conditions, such as excessive wear, structural damage, or improperly installed materials.We are also not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property or people unless caused by our negligence or intentional misconduct. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the services rendered.
